The Juaboso District Court has sentenced Kwame Moses, a 30-year-old man, to 24 months imprisonment with hard labour for stealing.
Moses broke into a cold store belonging to Evans Essel Mensah and stole assorted items, including fish and chicken, valued at ₵10,000.
He was later arrested by the Juaboso District Police Command after investigations linked him to the crime.
Moses was arraigned at the Juaboso District Court and charged with three counts — causing damage, unlawful entry, and attempted stealing.
After hearing the case, the presiding magistrate, His Lordship Samuel Entee Junior, found Moses guilty on all counts and sentenced him to 24 months imprisonment with hard labour.
