A state burial has been held at the forecourt of the State House in Accra for the late Enoch Teye Mensah.
The former member of the Council of State and Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram died in south Africa at the age of 77.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, former President John Dramani Mahama, Chief of Staff, Frema Opare Osei, Ministers of State, members of the diplomatic corp and several other dignitaries from all walks of life attended the ceremony.
After the ceremony, the body will be conveyed to his hometown, Prampram for burial.
