The Member of Parliament for Ho West Emmanuel Bedzrah has threatened to beat any New Patriotic Party (NPP) MP who will come close to his seat.
At the Parliament today 22nd October 2024, in and exclusive interview with Onua News’s Akua Sarpomaa, the MP stated that “we will fight throughout today and that is what they (NPP) want”.
“We are already seated at the right side of the Speaker which is the majority place, they (NPP) are not in so if you come and tell me to move from your seat I will beat you, yes I will beat you,” he threatened.
He further added that “whoever dares today we will beat the person, the seats belong to them, when the Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has already declared that we the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are the Majority in the House and you come close to my seat I will beat you”.
He confidently said, “what happened on January 7th when we were electing Speaker of Parliament will happen again”.
