The Black Stars are scheduled to hold their first training in Accra Monday night as they open camping for the remaining qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The four-time African champions will train openly at the Accra Sports Stadium as they seek to sail through to next year’s nations cup at the expense of Sudan.

The open training at 5:00pm will be followed by another, which will, however, be closed to the public. That will be on Tuesday.

The team will travel to Luanda on Wednesday for the game at the Estadio 11 de Novembro.

They will hold their mandatory pre-match training on Thursday at 7:00pm.

Ghana are currently third in the qualifying group with just two points.

They are behind already-qualified Angola and Sudan, who need at least a point to make it.

After the Angola game, the Black Stars will return home to play Niger in the last qualifier on Monday.
