As darkness envelopes the forecourt of the State House in Accra with all those present in dark attire, the atmosphere is filled with sorrow.
The occasion is an evening of reflections and memorial for the 8 victims of the helicopter crash on August 6.
All who matter in Ghana’s governance are present. So are the political parties, including representatives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Ghanaians from all walks of life have not been left out.
