Media General Ghana’s broadcast journalist Michael Ogbodu has been selected as one of 17 African media professionals for the International News Media Association (INMA) Africa Emerging Leaders Scholarship.
This is a prestigious programme designed to spotlight and empower the next generation of news leaders under 40.
Chosen from applicants across 16 African countries, Michael’s recognition underscores his commitment to editorial excellence, innovation in broadcast journalism, and his leadership in shaping impactful business and developmental stories.
As host of Business Brief and Business Focus on TV3, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to merge technical precision with audience-focused storytelling — qualities that set him apart in Ghana’s competitive media landscape.
