News emerged in the evening of December 3 that a Private Legal Practitioner, Martin Kpebu had been detained by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP).
He was detained for obstructing an officer of the Special Prosecutor.
After nearly 5 hours, Mr Kpebu was released.
