Kwaku Shai, celebrated for his traditional songs and captivating performances, has emerged winner of TV3’s Mentor XIV: The Breakout Edition.
Beyond the coveted bragging rights, he walked away with a prize package worth GHC120,000. This included a cash prize, airtime, a collaboration with an A-list Ghanaian artist, a music production and distribution deal, headphones from Lynx Entertainment, a plaque, hampers and souvenirs from sponsors, an insurance package valued at GHC7,000, and several other exciting rewards.

D-Ennay secured the 1st runner-up position, receiving a package worth GHC50,000. His prize included cash, airtime, a music distribution deal, headphones from Lynx Entertainment, a GHC5,000 insurance package, a plaque, drinks, hampers, and souvenirs.

Aky3de3 took the 2nd runner-up spot with a package valued at GHC40,000, comprising cash, airtime, a music distribution deal, headphones from Lynx Entertainment, a GHC3,000 insurance package, a plaque and products from sponsors.

Andy Quams placed 4th, earning GHC15,000 in cash and airtime, along with souvenirs from sponsors.

Ivy Hollys finished 5th, also receiving GHC15,000 in cash and airtime, plus souvenirs.

Tikky came in 6th, taking home a similar package of GHC15,000 in cash and airtime, as well as souvenirs.

After 13 weeks of grooming, rehearsals, and intense eviction shows, six contestants made it to the grand finale of the prestigious entertainment competition.
The atmosphere at the National Theatre was electrifying as the finalists—Kwaku Shai, Aky3de3, D-Ennay, Tikky, Andy Quams, and Ivy Hollys—performed both original songs and renditions of popular tracks.
Judges Richie, Okyeame Kwame, and Kwabena Kwabena delivered fair assessments, combining their scores with audience votes to determine the winners.
Adding to the excitement, past winners and musicians from earlier seasons entertained the crowd.
The highlight of the night was a thrilling performance by Ghanaian highlife star Kuami Eugene, who energized the audience with his dynamic stage presence.

Meanwhile, the audience, made up of fans, family and friends expressed their excitement after the winners were announced, indicating their expectations were met.
