The Member of Parliament elect of the Ayawaso East Constituency has dedicated his victory to the constituents.

He said the victory is for them.

“I dedicate this win to my 93-year-old mother Mimi and the people of Ayawaso East. This victory is for the people of Ayawaso East,” he said after being officially declared the victor by the Returning Officer of the election.

“I want to assure the people of Ayawaso East that the resetting starts now. I am here to help rebrand Nima,” he further assured.

He used that opportunity to thank the NDC’s national executive and President Mahama for the opportunity to serve as High Commissioner to Nigeria, although briefly.
