The grand finale of TV3’s Talented Kidz Season 17 was held on April 26, 2026, at the National Theatre in Accra, bringing together five exceptional finalists in a night of pure brilliance.
At the end of an electrifying showdown, 13-year-old singer and dancer Queen Dessah emerged as the ultimate winner.
It all began with 16 incredibly gifted contestants—each driven by a dream, fueled by passion, and determined to reach the very top.
Week after week, they lit up the stage with breathtaking performances that captivated audiences, leaving fans inspired, amazed, and always wanting more. But as the competition intensified, only the very best could rise.
In the end, just five extraordinary talents earned their place in the grand finale.
The Top 5—Queen Dessa, Inno De Poet, Poetlisha, Jasper Blue, and DJ Jerbb—set the stage ablaze with a powerful and electrifying opening performance that instantly ignited the atmosphere and set the tone for an unforgettable night.
The competition unfolded in two thrilling rounds. In Round 1, each finalist delivered profound freestyle performances, showcasing raw talent, creativity, and emotion at its peak.
Then came Round 2, where the stakes were even higher—each contestant teamed up with their favourite mentor, creating magical collaborations that brought the audience to its feet.
With energy soaring and anticipation at its highest, the stage was set for the ultimate moment—the crowning of the winner. After their remarkable performances, the atmosphere was nothing short of magical.
One of the judges, Miss Eugenia, perfectly captured the night, saying: “Everyone excelled. Everyone gave their very best. From dance to poetry to DJing to singing, together they created pure magic—and it was beautiful to see and experience.”
With emotions running high, the final results—determined by 40% fan votes and 60% judges’ scores—were announced. Poetlisha placed 5th as the 4th runner-up, followed by Inno De Poet in 4th place as the 3rd runner-up. DJ Zerbb secured 3rd place as the 2nd runner-up, while Jasper Blue earned an impressive 2nd place finish as the 1st runner-up.
And finally, rising above an incredibly talented lineup, Queen Dessah was crowned the winner of TV3’s Talented Kidz Season 17—sealing a night filled with brilliance, passion, and pure talent.
Beyond the recognition and cash prizes, the finalists were rewarded with exciting packages from sponsors, their faces beaming with joy and pride—a true reflection of the hard work and dedication that defined their journey.
Adding to the excitement, the winner and the two runners-up will enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip to the Netherlands, sponsored by CTWI, making their victory even more memorable.
