Entrepreneur and philanthropist Alhaji Seidu Agongo has donated beverages and prayer materials to the Muslim community of Accra Academy.

According to him, the “small” gesture is an expression of faith, brotherhood and gratitude in this month of Ramadan.

“As we journey through this sacred month of Ramadan, I had the honour of donating beverages and prayer materials to the young Muslim community of Accra Academy Senior High School,” he wrote after the donation.

“Moments like these remind us that Ramadan is not only a period of fasting, but also a time for compassion, generosity, and renewed commitment to one another.”

He stressed that Ramadan calls on Muslims to reflect on the shared humanity and the responsibility carrried to uplift all and sundry.

“As a Muslim from humble beginnings, I have always believed that life finds its true meaning when we live not only for ourselves, but for others.”

Alhaji Agongo said his is not an act of mere charity.

“Supporting these young students during this holy month is a small gesture, but it reflects a timeless principle of our faith: that giving is not merely an act of charity—it is an expression of faith, brotherhood, and gratitude to Allah.

“May Allah accept our acts of kindness, strengthen the bonds within our communities, and guide us all to be instruments of support, compassion, and hope for one another.”
