At Kwaboadi No.2 in the Akyemansa district of the Eastern region, a young lady in her twenties (20s) is battling for her life after being stabbed on suspicion of following another woman’s fiance.
Reports indicate the man in the equation is planning marriage with his fiancee, the suspect.
However, the marriage has been suspended due to some misunderstanding between the yet-to-be couples.
Attaa Panin, the victim, according to reports, is the one the man has been seeing since the marriage celebration was put on hold.
The fiancee who suspected the fiance of cheating planned on taking revenge with the person seeing her man.
Upon seeing the duo together, the suspect, according to eyewitnesses, broke a bottle and stabbed both the fiance and his new woman, Attaa Panin.
Panin was stabbed on the breast and the fiance’s own on the rib.
The victims have since been sent to the hospital for treatment with the suspect in police custody assisting in investigation.
