People living within Dome and its environs as well as traders within the Dome market became the latest beneficiaries of Media General’s out broadcasting event held on Thursday and Friday, October 27 and 28 respectively.
The Onua FM/TV Health Festival Train dubbed ‘Onua Apomuden Keteke’ is an outdoor event where matters of the health are taken to the doorsteps of our viewers and listeners as well as the general public.
The once in a month exercise was put up by management of Onua Group because of how paramount our audiences health and wellbeing are to us.
The latest edition took place at the Dome Market in Accra where persons from all ages, race and sex benefited.
The two-day event is purposely to organise a free health screening for the public to detect whether there’s an ailment they might be suffering from without having an idea, as well as providing an update on their general well being.
The entire screening come at a free cost for everybody. However, if any health predicament is detected, one pays for the medication that is provided.
During each edition, the drive time show on Onua FM ‘Efie ne Fie’ is hosted on the grounds to entertain participants of the health exercise.
The one held at Dome recently brought health experts from the Rainbow Scientific Herbal Clinic, Active Point Dental Clinic as well as Save the Nations Sight Clinic to attend to the public.
