Bibiani Goldstars SC have won their maiden Ghana Premier League title after a 4-0 win over Accra Lions.
Two goals in each half of the game at the Dun’s Park in Bibiani handed the Miners the title.
Abdul Farouk Amoaful began it all as he struck just four minutes from the blast of the referee’s whistle.
Kelvin Oppong doubled the lead in the 19th minute to send Stephen Frimpong Manso’s side 2-0 up at half time.
Striker Samuel Atta Kumi registered a goal in the match as he scored the third and fourth goals.
It was a coronation for the Western North club as their contenders – Nations FC and Asante Kotoko – for the title lost their respective games.
Goldstars SC, by the win, will represent Ghana in the 2025/26 CAF Champions League.
