The Black Queens are scheduled to play three major friendly games before the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON 2024).

The last of these friendlies will be against the Super Falcons on Saturday, June 28 in Lanoria, Morocco.

The first of the friendlies will be on Saturday, June 21 against Malawi at the Ziaida Complex.

The second friendly will be on Wednesday, June 25 at the same venue before the crucial rivalry-renewing clash against the nine-time champions.

The Queens have been in the Moroccan city of Benslimane, fine-tuning preparations for the tournament, which starts on Saturday, July 5.

Ghana will, however, begin their campaign on Monday, July 7 against defending champions South Africa before taking on Mali and Tanzania later in Group C.

Coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren has expressed satisfaction with preparations so far.
