Headmaster of Ekumfi Egyakwaa Owuya D/A Basic School has suffered a snake bite whilst easing himself on the school farm near bush in the Ekumfi District of the Central Region.
Report says a female student who was also easing herself in the bush heard the headmaster screaming for help and approached him only to find out he has been bitten by a snake.

The school girl informed her teachers who rushed to the school farm and picked him to the hospital for treatment
Some of the pupils who spoke to Onua News’ Nana Yaw Asare indicated the school is not having toilet facility “so we always do it at the school farm. We always meet teachers trooping out from either the school farm or bush which shows that they went and ease themselves in the bush.”
They disclosed five pupils have been bitten by snakes including their headmaster which they l describe as worrying.
