The National Homeownership Fund (NHF) has announced that the National Homeownership Fair 2026, will be held on March 4 and 5, 2026, at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (Old Office) in Accra.

The Fair will bring together key public and private-sector stakeholders across Ghana’s housing value chain to advance practical solutions for affordable homeownership under the theme “Building Ghana: One Home at a Time.”

A statement issued by the Fund on February 25 said, Julius Debrah, Chief of Staff at the Office of the President, will serve as Guest of Honour. Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, Minister of Finance, and Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources will attend as Special Guests.

“The event will provide prospective homebuyers with a unique platform to engage directly with estate developers, financial institutions, regulators, and service providers through exhibitions and panel discussions designed to demystify the homeownership process and enhance access to financing. It will also highlight key government initiatives and private-sector partnerships aimed at expanding housing supply, improving affordability, and strengthening mortgage access,” the statement added.

It noted that, “The National Homeownership Fund is a government-backed institution mandated to address challenges of homeownership in Ghana. The Fund focuses on expanding access to affordable housing through innovative financing options, with particular emphasis on supporting first-time homebuyers.”

“The National Homeownership Fair 2026 is open to the public, and participation is free. Prospective homeowners, developers, financiers, and industry partners are encouraged to attend and explore pathways to homeownership,” the statement concluded.
