As part of efforts to avoid any violent act, the police will screen all persons entering the collation centres to ensure no weapon is carried to the centres.
“No unauthorized vehicles will be allowed within the premises of the collation centres, and motorbikes will not be permitted within 100 metres of the collation centres.
“These arrangements replicate what normally occurs at the national level during Presidential and Parliamentary elections,” police announced.
Police urged stakeholders to fully comply with these arrangements.
