Captain Andre Dede Ayew has been named in the Black Stars starting line-up to face Comoros Tuesday evening.
It will be the second qualifier for the two sides in Group I as the road to the 2026 FIFA World Cup heats up.
Black Stars coach Chris Hughton has made three changes to the side that beat Madagascar 1-0 on Friday.
Captain Ayew replaces Mohammed Kudus who sat out training Monday in Moroni, while Nuhu Kasim Adams comes in for Daniel Amartey, who failed a fitness test for this encounter.
Denis Odoi also replaces Alidu Seidu at right back.
