Prophet Roja De Lighter, the seer who prophesied about the August 6 helicopter crash, has expressed worry that, sometimes, people look at personality and not the message, anytime a prophesy drops.

He was reacting to the urgency people attach to prophesy during an interview with Sir John on Ghana Akoma on Akoma 87.9FM in Kumasi.

He said, anytime he gets a prophesy about the nation he would use the officials to relay the message.

He was of the view that, the best person to interpret the prophesy will be the seer himself and not the people assigned to the office of reviewing prophesy.

He said instead of judging prophets by their personality, they should rather be evaluated based on the “fruit” of their lives and the truthfulness of their message. He said that could be checked through consistency with scripture, the accuracy of prophecies, and a message that glorifies God.

“Judging should be done righteously, focusing on discerning truth from error rather than on a prophet’s individual personality, as even those with flaws may still be used by God, and focusing too much on personal shortcomings can lead to blindness toward one’s faults,” he stated.

“Focus on the message, not just personality.”

“Do not be concerned with a prophet’s personal flaws or personality traits, but instead focus on the substance of the message they are conveying,” he stated, adding that “God may use people with varying personalities to communicate His word, and focusing on their personality can distract the divine message.”

He said he is not into the Ministry for fame or money but to serve.

“I have rejected huge sums of money offered me by people I prayed for, including politicians.”
