2024 CAF Confederation Cup semi-finalists Dreams FC dropped into the relegation zone of the Ghana Premier League after a 3-2 loss to Berekum Chelsea on Matchday 24.

Despite taking a 2-1 lead in the game after 75 minutes, Dreams FC failed to keep that score as the 2010/11 champions got two goals – one in injury time – to win the game at the Golden City Park.

Stephen Amankona got a brace for the hosts as they move fourth on the League log.

Eric Danso scored the two goals for Dreams FC.

The result sees Dreams drop to the 16th position with 28 points on the log despite having two matches to spare.

Despite the disappointing position, the Still Believe boys are making inroads in Africa, getting ready to face Zamalek on Sunday, April 21.

Their next game in the domestic league, however, will be against Asante Kotoko at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu on Sunday, April 14.
