President John Dramani Mahama has said that the government is ensuring that development reaches every corner of the country.
This was part of his message to Ghanaians on the Eid ul Fitr occasion on Friday, March 20.
In his address to the nation, President Mahama ”We keep making sure development reaches every part of the country. The government can’t do it alone; we need a partnership,” he said.
He also said Ghana continues to be a shining example of peaceful coexistence.
He called for the peace of this nation to be safeguarded.
“Ghana continues to be a shining example of peaceful coexistence, as we participate in each other’s ceremonies, we coexist as one people.
“This harmony is a precious gift, and we must protect it. Let us reject anything that divides us.”
Regarding the Middle East conflict, he said “May Allah touch the Trump and Middle East leaders to ensure this war comes to an end.”
