The National President of the Local Government Service Engineers Association and Head of the Works Department at Tema West Municipal Assembly, Engr. Ben Debrah, has urged engineers to continue their efforts toward advancing sustainable infrastructure development in Ghana.
Speaking on the sidelines after winning the prestigious Ghana Titans Award, Engr. Debrah emphasized the importance of maintaining high construction standards and adopting innovative solutions to address the nation’s growing infrastructural needs.
“Our role in shaping the country’s infrastructure is pivotal in ensuring long-term economic growth and national development,” he remarked.
He further called on engineers to remain committed to sustainable practices and high-quality construction standards, stressing that these efforts are key to solving the infrastructure challenges that Ghana faces.

The Ghana Titans Award, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions in their respective fields, honored Engr. Debrah for his dedication, hard work, and professionalism throughout his career.
Over the years, his efforts have positively impacted several Municipal Assemblies, and his leadership has been pivotal in shaping infrastructure landscape.
The Ghana Titans Award 2025 was themed Personality of Great Impact and Excellence Award, celebrating individuals whose contributions have had a profound and lasting impact on society.
