The female suspect arrested in connection with the death of an Asante Kotoko fan last Sunday has been denied bail by a Fiapre Circuit Court.
Elizabeth Akosua Ntiriwaa was arrested on Thursday, February 6 as part of intelligence-led operation by the police.
Popularly known as Akosua Black Chinese, the only female suspect was arraigned before court on Friday.
She was arraigned together with the two others – Isaac Ofosu and Augustine Yeboah – who were arrested on Wednesday, February 5.
All were denied bail by the court presided over by Her Ladyship Afia Adoma and are to reappear on Monday, February 17.
So far, six persons in all have been arrested in connection with Francis Yaw Frimpong’s death.
Popularly known as Nana Pooley, the deceased was stabbed to death after Asante Kotoko’s 0-1 loss to Nsoatreman FC at the Prof Amoah Koramansah II Park in Nsoatre in the Bono Region.
The owner of Nsoatreman FC, Ignatius Baffour Awuah, is among those arrested to aid investigations.
