One of the Judges for the 2024 Ghana’s Most Beautiful, Janet Sunkwa-Mills, has urged traditional leaders and the law courts to stem efforts in providing swift justice without denial and delay.

Janet Sunkwa Mills made the call during the grand finale of the 2024 GMB on Sunday, October 06, at the National Theatre.

Her call was after Ashanti Region’s representative Afriyie’s performance on justice delayed even in the courts and traditional setting with persons alternating for curses, which they believe provide swift justice.

“The core essence of what you delivered today was about justice denied or justice delayed and I thank you for bringing that to the forefront. I was not aware of it so thank you for the education and information.

“I think that if our law courts and the role that traditional elders in society play in providing justice instantly, fast without any hitches, I think this will go away. So it’s about seeking justice and I think that its about time we have a role to play in that, in our law courts and traditional courts,” she said.

Savannah Region’s representative, Titiaka has emerged winner of the Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2024 edition.

The grand finale of the prestigious beauty contest was held on Sunday, October 6 at the National Theatre.

Her victory achieved through hard work and determination is an inspiration to many young girls as she makes history as the first hijab-wearing Queen of the contest.

It’s also the first time the crown has been won in the Savannah Region.

Titiaka was awarded with GHC15,000 cash prize in addition with a brand new vehicle, a trip abroad, courtesy Global Winds and Travel tour, TECNO Phantom B2, hamper and other rewards from sponsors.
