In a significant boost to healthcare delivery in the Juaboso District of the Western North Region, the Minister for Health and Member of Parliament for Sehwi Juaboso, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, has donated 10 brand-new motorcycles and 5 neonatal incubators to the Juaboso District Health Directorate.
The donation, aimed at strengthening maternal and child health services, reflects the Minister’s ongoing commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes in underserved communities.

He added that the incubators will support neonatal care and help save the lives of premature and vulnerable babies.
The District Director of Health Services, Dr. Deborah Mensah, expressed deep appreciation on behalf of the Health Directorate.
She noted that the equipment would have a transformative impact on service delivery and child survival rates in the district.
According to her, the resources will go a long way to improve outreach services and reduce infant mortality in the communities.
