Manager of English Premier League side Southampton FC Ivan Juric has lauded the performance of Black Stars player Kamaldeen Sulemana in their 1-3 loss to Manchester United on Thursday night.
Kamaldeen made an injury return to the Premier League with a performance that also caught the eye of Ruben Amorim.
“In the end it’s good. A very difficult game. They did a very good job,” the Portuguese said.
“Southampton, creating space between the lines. Their number 20 with a lot of space behind, we had some difficulties to stop that player.”

Also speaking after the game, Juric wondered how the Ghanaian has been missing in the set-up in the past two years.
“Since I arrived here, he has been working well,” Juric, who replaced Russell Martin last month, said.
“I think he has quality. I don’t know why in these two years he did not express himself.
“Now he just has to continue playing like this; he is really good.”
Sulemana was pivotal in last week’s FA Cup win over Swansea.
He is expected to feature for the Saints in their away match against Nuno Espirito Santo’s Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
