Actress Fella Makafui has stated that she will never cover the tattoo of her estranged husband, Medikal despite their current differences.

In an interview on Wednesday, June 6 during a media tour of her movie premiere in Kumasi, Fella expressed profound respect for Medikal being the father of her child.

She stated that they both have shared wonderful moments together and cannot just yank off the tattoo boldly inscribed as Medikal’s first name, Samuel.

“It’s going to be there forever, If I had plans of taking it off, I would have taken it off already. I have so much respect for Medikal, we have good amazing moments, we have brought up a beautiful product, Island. Why should I take it off?,” she said on GH Page TV.

The tattoo, which is Medikal’s name and a half-face of a lion, was part of a matching set with Medikal, who has the other half of the lion’s face inked on his body.

On the other hand, Medikal has decided to hide the name of Fella Makafui, which was previously tattooed on his body before their marriage.

The rapper gave a detailed explanation of his choice, stressing that he wanted to keep things fresh for any future partnerships, saying, “I wouldn’t want my new partner to be confronted with reminders of my past whenever we’re together intimately.”

Fella and Medikal are currently going through a divorce process to officially end their four years marriage and are co-parenting their daughter, Island.
