Curtis Jackson revealed on a special feature by TV3’s Emmanuel Samani that he receives GH₵2,500.00 per week for donating a sperm to a fertility centre.

The story generated talks on social media when TV3 asked if people were willing to offer their sperm and eggs for sale.

The telephone lines at Media General got busy until an official announcement was made that the organisation is a media house and not a fertility centre.

Medifem, a fertility centre where such transaction takes place equally issued an announcement that their capacity was full and didn’t need donations at the moment.

But people seem to have issues with donation of semen for a ransom.

Producer of Onua FM’s midmorning show, ‘Adwuma Adwuma’ Nana Kwame Gyan, who is also an entertainment and lifestyle pundit spoke on the show Thursday, January 18. 2023, and took a swipe at those with that opinion.

Narrating an interaction between him and a gentleman he encountered with such a position, he asked him how much he would have worth if he had sold all the sperm he has released from the time he broke his virginity.
