Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has said that if the case of Santrokofi, Akpafu, Lolobi, and Likpe (SALL) featured in the removal petition of the Electoral Commission (EC) Chairperson and her Deputies, then they ought to have been removed from office.
Speaking in an interview on TV3’s KeyPoints, Saturday, Kpebu noted that since the details of the petition are not yet known, he cannot emphatically say that the matter of SALL featured in the petition.
However, making a thoughtful guess, Kpebu explained that if the issue of SALL featured in the petition, the decision to dismiss the petitions is surprising to him.
