Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has appealed to delegates of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to vote for him to be the flagbearer of the party again.
He assured them of his commitment to keep working with all the delegates to achieve their collective goal of winning the 2028 election.
He said this in a Facebook post after his tour of the Ashanti Region.
“The overwhelming support and reassuring words of fellow patriots for me continued yesterday in Odotobri, Bekwai, Bosomtwe and Asokwa constituencies,” Dr Bawumia said.
He added, “While thanking you all for these amazing gestures, which I do not take for granted, I reassure you of my commitment to keep working with all of you, to achieve our collective goal of winning the 2028 election.”
“Let’s begin this journey of restoration together with a decisive victory on 31st January,” Dr Bawumia urged the delegates.
