President John Dramani Mahama has reduced the number of ministries from 30 to 23, scrapping seven from the ones that existed in the previous administration.
An Executive Instrument from the President signed Thursday, January 09, 2025, it says John Mahama acted “In exercise of the power conferred on the President under section 11(3) of the Civil Service Act, 1993 (P.N.D.C.L. 327)”
