The Ghana Health Service has confirmed 10 new cases of Mpox bringing the number of cases to nineteen (19).
According to health authorities, five persons are currently on admission.
Although the numbers of confirmed cases of the disease keep rising, health authorities maintain there is no cause for alarm.
The new confirmed cases, OnuaOnline gathered, are from the Northern, Western and Greater Accra regions.

Mpox spreads from animals to humans and from humans to humans. If one notices any symptoms, it is advisable to report to the nearest health facility.
