The National Service Authority, NSA, has announced a major shift in its payment system, transitioning to a cashless platform through GHANA.GOV

This move aligns with the government’s drive to modernize revenue collection and promote a cashless economy.

As of now, all user agencies and stakeholders are required to make payments, including the 20% and 10% administrative service charges, through the platform. This digital payment system offers greater transparency, convenience, and accessibility.

Payments can be made 24/7 from anywhere in Ghana via the www.ghana.gov.gh website or by dialing *222# on all mobile networks. The platform provides various seamless payment options, including:

– Bank Cards: Debit and credit cards are accepted
– Mobile Money: Dial *222# for services
– Online Banking: Use internet banking or bank mobile apps
– QR Code: Scan to pay
– Direct Transfer: Account-to-account transfer
– SWIFT Transfers: For international payments
– ACH Transfers: Use ACH for payments

The NSA has emphasized that manual payments to its staff are no longer valid. Instead, stakeholders are encouraged to adopt this new digital payment system for a more efficient and convenient experience.

For any inquiries or assistance, please email [email protected] or contact the NSA directly through 0554404422.
