The NDC caucus in Parliament is holding a press conference to respond to the Supreme Court’s stay of execution of Speaker Bagin’s declaration of vacant seats.
The Apex Court on Friday, October 18 granted an ex-parte motion filed by Effutu MP, Alexander Afenyo-Markin for the court to suspend the declaration by Alban Bagbin.
