The Eastern Regional Police Command has arrested two tipper trucks loaded with sands but had suspected Indian hemp hidden underneath the sand.
The suspects, two drivers and a mate have been apprehended and are assisting the police in their investigations.
The two trucks with registration numbers GN 993-14 and GG 3674-20 were arrested at Nkruakan, near Koforidua, in the Eastern Region.
