Ghana Women’s Premier League champions Police Ladies have been drawn in Group B for this year’s WAFU Zone B Champions League qualifiers.
The draw for the championship, scheduled for La Cote d”Ivoire, was held on Thursday, August 14.
Ghana’s representatives will face off against former winners Bayelsa Queens FC of Nigeria, AS de la Kozah of Togo and Sam Nelly of Benin in the group.
POLAS are making their debut in the championship as they win the Ghana Women’s Premier League for the first time.
Group A has hosts Asec Mimosas, AS GNN of Niger and US FA of Burkina Faso.
The tournament starts on Saturday, August 23 to Friday, September 5 in Yamoussoukro.
