Some people in Kurt Edwin Okraku’s administration at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) are engineering his ousting, Nana Yaw Acheampong, Spokesperson for Berekum Chelsea, has alleged.
Mr. Acheampong, who doubles as International Relations Officer for the bankroller and President of Berekum Chelsea says the said officials at the GFA have held secret discussions with Bernard Amofa Jantuah to contest for the FA presidency.

In an interview with Onua Sports
He averred the current administration is running a friends and cronies administration and not all inclusive football, the reason they want Mr Jantuah to come and correct that.
He stressed that, “these football people are confident in Mr Jantuah looking at his competence and expertise coupled with knowledge in administration, he will do a better job than Kurt Okraku who is doing politics with Ghana football.”
Mr Acheampong further assured the football fraternity that Mr Jantuah will arrive in the country Sunday, May 21, and hold a media briefing to officially announce his intentions to contest in the upcoming GFA elections.
