Reigning Telecel Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year, Stonebwoy has graduated from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) following a three-year program.
The musician went back to school in 2021 after suspending his education to concentrate on his music career.
On Friday, July 26, he attended his graduation ceremony held on GIMPA’s premises. Stonebwoy graduated with a second-class upper division in a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.
Videos uploaded on Instagram by GH Hyper show Stonebwoy together with his wife and two kids with some of his team members attending the graduation ceremony in grand style.
After his last exam, his family threw him a party at home to celebrate his achievement.
This milestone comes after he resumed his academic journey in 2021, having previously cut short his education at the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA), where he was studying business administration to pursue a career in music.
Stonebwoy has mentioned in the past that Dr. Louisa encouraged him to go back to school and even purchased the admission forms for him.
Stonebwoy’s journey at GIMPA has been fueled by his passion for public administration, a field he believes is crucial for contributing to public welfare.
