The Ghana Police Service has assured applicants participating in the ongoing 2025 recruitment exercise that the technical challenges reported on its e-recruitment platform are receiving the necessary attention.
According to a statement from the Service, a dedicated Support Team is working around the clock to address concerns related to the delivery of PINs, serial numbers, One-Time Passwords (OTPs), and other system issues submitted through official email and support lines.
The Police Service urged applicants experiencing delays to remain calm while the technical team works to resolve these challenges.
Applicants are also encouraged to report any concerns directly to the technical support team on 𝟎𝟐𝟗𝟗𝟐𝟎𝟖𝟗𝟐𝟖 𝐨𝐫 𝟎𝟐𝟗𝟗𝟐𝟎𝟖𝟗𝟒𝟖.
