A joint team from the Counterterrorism and Intelligence Units of the Ghana Revenue Authority have impounded 15 trucks loaded with alleged smuggled fertiliser from a company called Fertagro Ghana limited.

The team also discovered a warehouse and a factory where the company was found repackaging COCOBOD fertilisers into foreign sacks for export.

However, the leader of the company who has been arrested has refuted the allegations saying he has licence from the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
