Heavy rainstorm has rendered dozens homeless at Kwaboadi Number Two in the Akyemmansa District of the Eastern region.
The residents were rendered homeless during a heavy downpour on Wednesday evening March 1, 2023.
Currently, some of the inhabitants are putting up with their friends and relatives while others are in schools and churches.

The ripping of the roofs have affected electricity supply to the town. No casualty was recorded but residents had to ran for their lives.
The Queen mother of the town, Dora Anorful was also affected as her roof was ripped off.
The Queen is currently putting up in another structure nearby her home. The Odikro of the town, Baffuor Nana Kwaku Boateng in an interview with Onua News called for support from NADMO and the District Assembly.
He said the downpour also affected the only cocoa purchasing centre in the town and so it is beyond them as a village.
Nana Kwaku Boateng said some of the inhabitants had to sleep in schools and other places with family members.
The chief explained that he was not personally affected but his subjects that were affected need relief items such as mattresses, food, money, among others.
Meanwhile, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has worked to restore power supply to the affected residents.
