Some players of the Black Stars have arrived in camp as they begin preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and Central African Republic.
Twenty-six players were named by coach Otto Addo on Wednesday, May 29 for camping.
The team was originally scheduled to train at the University of Ghana Stadium from Thursday, May 30 to Tuesday, June 4.
However, Thursday’s training was called off as a result of a tight schedule for most of the players.
Among those spotted at the Alisa Hotel in Accra on Day 1 are Deputy Captain Thomas Teye Partey, who returns to the squad after almost a year out, debutant Brandon Thomas-Asante of West Bromwich Albion and Tariq Lamptey of Brighton.
