The National Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi, has presented 18 motorbikes to the constituency communicators of the party in the Volta Region.
This adds to the series of donations that have taken place in other regions, to ensure the communication officers of the party to ease movement for the communication officers in their campaign.
He expressed appreciation to the regional executives and the flag bearer of the party, John Dramani Mahama, for his continuous support for the party towards the upcoming polls.
In a circular released on the day of the donation, Thursday, July 18, 2024, he expressed optimism towards securing victory in the upcoming polls as the bikes will aid the dissemination of the NDC’s message across the length and breath of the country.

Earlier today, I had the honor and privilege to donate 18 motorbikes to the 18 hardworking Constituency Communication Officers (CCOs) of the NDC in the Volta region.
Sincere appreciation to the Regional Executive body of the party chaired by the abled Volta Regional Chairman, Comrade Mawutor Agbavitor, the Regional Secretary, Comrade James Gunu, the Regional Communications Officer, Kafui Agbleze and his deputy and all the 18 CCOs for their warm reception.
It’s my hope that these motorbikes will enhance the mobility of our hardworking CCOs and enable them disseminate the messages of the party effectively in every nook and cranny of the region, for a resounding victory come December 7, 2024.
