Member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh, has expressed confidence in Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia winning the December elections.

He has therefore informed members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to begin psyching themselves for his victory.

In a post on his X Tuesday, August 06, 2024, the Majority Chief Whip posted a picture of him and the National Chairman of the opposition NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, at the National Conference for State Legislatures (NCSL), in Kentucky, USA, that he should get prepared for the victory of the Vice President.

“I met one of the people I respect most in the NDC, Chairman Asiedu Nketiah @this year’s NCSL… I told him to prepare for the victory of Dr. Bawumia,” Annoh-Dompreh wrote.

He went ahead to predict that the opposition NDC would soon be led by the man who is known in politics as General Mosquito.

“Chairman Asiedu Nketiah… He will lead the NDC soon to come.. My predictions!” he added.

Ghana will elect a new President and Members of Parliament for the next four years after the tenure of both President Akufo-Addo and the 8th Parliament expires in January 2025.
