The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has intensified campaign in the Tano North Constituency, focusing on winning the hearts of the settler and Fulani communities in the area.

General Secretary Justin Frimpong Kodua and the Party’s Parliamentary Candidate, Dr. Gideon Boako, are giving no chance to win majority of the votes for flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and to also retain the parliamentary seat.

The duo met the Fulani leaders and settlers recently to achieve such target.

Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua (JFK) presented Dr. Gideon Boako, NPP’s PC, as the best choice for the constituency.

“Dr. Boako is a man of integrity, a brilliant economist, and understands the needs of you,” Mr. Kodua said.

“He is also a special place in his heart for the Fulani community and is committed to addressing your concerns and challenges.”

Dr. Boako, therefore, assured the Fulani community of his dedication to their welfare outlining plans to improve their livelihoods, including initiatives to support livestock farming, education, and healthcare.

“I believe in the potential of the Fulani community to contribute to the development of Tano North, I am also working hard to ensure that your voices are heard and your concerns addressed,” Dr. Boako said.

The Fulani leaders and settlers also expressed their appreciation for the NPP’s outreach and pledged their support for Dr. Boako’s candidacy and NPP’s flagbeaer, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia

“We are impressed with Dr. Boako’s vision and commitment to our community.

“We will rally behind NPP and ensure victory in the upcoming elections,” said Alhaji Osman Seidu, a Fulani leader.
