Arsenal and Black Stars midfielder, Thomas Partey, has solicited the support and backing of Ghanaians ahead of the return of the Thomas Partey Tournament.

The second edition of the tournament is set to kick off from June 10 to 13, 2025, as Partey continues his mission to support grassroots football development in Ghana.

This year’s competition will feature 12 teams made up of promising young talents from various parts of the country, all battling for glory and a chance to be scouted.

Launched as a personal initiative by Partey, the tournament aims to discover, recruit, and nurture future football stars, creating a structured platform for talent identification at the youth level.

Ahead of the tournament, the Black Stars deputy captain asked Ghanaians to back him on his journey in a soon-to-be-aired exclusive interview with MG Sports.

Scouts from top local and international clubs, including Portugal, Brazil, Spain, and England, are expected to attend the four-day tournament.

Notably, scouts from some of Europe’s elite teams such as Amiens in France, Alaves, Atletico Madrid, and Seville from Spain, Arsenal and Chelsea from England, Santa Clara from Portugal, and Shakhtar Donetsk from Ukraine will be in attendance.

Thomas Partey, through this initiative, continues to give back to the football community that shaped his journey, proving that real impact goes beyond the pitch.
