Ghana’s Black Queens have wasted no time in moving straight to training barely 24 hours after touching down in Benslimane, Morocco.
The team has already pitched camp in the north-western city as the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) inches closer.
The Black Queens, who will open their tournament against champions South Africa, left Accra on Tuesday, June 17 to start preparations.
It is, however, unclear whether Head Coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren will stick with the 24-player squad invited for the final training tour for the tournament.
Ghana will begin her campaign on Monday, July 7 before taking on Mali and Tanzania on July 11 and July 14 respectively.
The first match will be played in Oudja but the two remaining group games will be in Berkane.
