Madagascar came back from 1-0 down to beat Les Sao of Chad 3-1 in their Matchday 8 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The Chadians, who are without a win the qualifiers so far, broke the deadlock in the 25th minute to go into the break on top.

However, the Barea came into the second half strongly, taking advantage of a corner kick to draw level after just seven minutes.

Captain Ibrahim Amada made it 2-1 with a header on the counter and substitute Hakim Abdallah sealed victory as he made it 3-1 in added time.

The win takes the island nation to 16 points, same as leaders Ghana.

They will play Comoros and Mali next month in their last two games in the qualifiers.
