Asante Kotoko have cleared the first of their three outstanding games in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League (GPL).

They were hosted at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Park in Tema on Wednesday, three days after the historic win over archrivals Hearts of Oak.

The Porcupine Warriors were held to a goalless draw by Nana Kweku Agyemang’s side.

The Tema-based side had beaten Asante Kotoko 3-1 in the final game of the 2024/25 league.

The draw keeps the two teams in their positions.

While Asante Kotoko remain 7th with 15 points, Vision FC remain 10th on 12 points.

Kotoko will return to Kumasi to face league leaders Aduana FC on Sunday while Vision FC go to the Western Region to play Basake Holy Stars.
